How Our Process Works
1. Gather Your Media
Collect your video tapes, film reels, and loose photos from storage. If your photos are to be made into a video narrative, put them in the order of preference. Provide music media of choice for the video or rely on our expertise to provide appropriate music. We handle all your precious memories with the utmost personal care.
2. Ship or Drop-off
Safely package your items and send them to our business address. Insure packaging for safety. Every order is tracked individually for security and peace of mind when given a tracking number. Items will be returned in original packaging. Damaged packaging will be repaired or replaced. We pay the shipping on all orders and provide tracking number. (USPS) We offer a free pickup and delivery service within a 15 mile radius of our business.
3. Precision Conversion
Our experts individually inspect, clean, and digitize your media. Photos are hand-scanned to ensure the highest digital quality possible. We will return, with no processing charge, any items that we feel can't be repaired to a reasonable state
4. Relive Your History
Receive your new digital files via the media format of your choice. USB/Flash drive, CD, or DVD. No hidden costs like many others. We safely return all your original physical items with your order.
